Project enquiries
When you request a quote, a website review or a call, we collect the details you submit: your name, business, email, optional phone, requirements, optional budget and deadline, preferred call time, and the website URL you provide for a review. We store the submission and your contact consent in Weburon’s enquiry database to review your project and contact you.
Website activity
We record counts of quote, call, email, WhatsApp and demo link clicks, plus successful enquiry submissions. We do not treat a click as a completed enquiry. These event records do not include your submitted contact details or full browsing history.
Access and hosting
The website and enquiry database are hosted on Cloudflare. The studio dashboard and client portal use Cloudflare Access to verify your sign-in email and account identity. Cloudflare may send a one-time sign-in code to your email and use an authentication cookie. The portal shows projects assigned to your verified account. Public website enquiries do not require an account.
Email notifications
Enquiries are available in Weburon’s studio inbox. When an email sending service is connected, enquiry details are also sent to weburon7@gmail.com to help us respond. Your details are not sold.
Storage and requests
We keep enquiry and project records while they are useful for handling your request or project. You can ask for a copy, correction or removal of your information by emailing weburon7@gmail.com. We review these requests and any retention needed for an active project.
Demo websites
Portfolio demos are fictional examples. Their sample forms store entries in your current browser; do not submit real sensitive information in those demos. Each demo explains its limitations.
